Senior Interactive Producer, Asia

Job Responsibilities
Guides the “creative vision” in the digital age, delivering innovative interactive solutions that are consistent with the company’s image and quality standards.

Web Infrastructure Knowledge
Seasoned technical knowledge in the area of China web infrastructures (i.e. hardware, softwares, web security/usability/reliability/extendibility)
Devise, implement and maintain the best web infrastructural setups for China and Asia

Project Management
Provide digital solutions to support WW/Asia/Country marketing initiatives.
Oversees planning & implementation of interactive projects that includes web, eDM and widget.
Manage interactive projects resources, production timeline, identify critical path/dependencies, being able to drive project forward and ensure quality execution/implementation.
Manage project budget and expenses

Brand & Content Management
Act as brand guardian to ensure brand guidelines are strictly observed across all digital properties
Adapts and localize creative assets from WW for each country in Asia based on in-depth local & product knowledge
Initiate new online marketing ideas to develop and grow the brand in Asia

Stakeholder Management
Manage & evaluate external 3rd Party interactive & translation agencies to ensure quality digital work output and delivery timeliness.
Engage internal stakeholder such as WW/Geo/country Marcom, Channel, PR, Product Marketing teams to formulate feasible digital solutions by integrating a variety of content and delivering quality interactive works for Asia.
Work closely with internal teams such as Database and IT to manage and execute interactive strategies

Key Requirements
KNOWLEDGE: Possessed related technical skills as a seasoned & experienced digital professional with thorough understanding of back-end web coding & infrastructure. Attention-to-detail is a must.
PERSONALITY: Possess solution-driven mindset, with strong sense of ownership & accountability. A strong team player.
COMMUNICATION: Proficient English/Chinese verbal & written skills. Be able to interact with senior internal and external personnel.
JOB COMPLEXITY: Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
SUPERVISION: Will supervise 2 interactive producers, and hands-on web work is expected.
EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience in multinational corporations.
