Title: ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

Key Competencies:

- Native English speaker, prefer can speak mandarin

- Bachelors degree, 3+ years Sales/marketing will be preferred

- Strong industry knowledge and relationship in one or more of the following areas: IT, Manufacturing, FMCG, Finance etc.

- Action oriented, drive for results, global mindset, able to operate with high degree of autonomy

- Energetic, hard working, team player, ability to handle high stress environment

- Good presentation and negotiation skills.

Job Duties and Requirements

- Responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing and developing client relationships and assist special projects as required (market/industry/company analysis, strategy, etc.)

- Conducting industrial/market information research and efficiently working out potential companies in the right industry; being a key interface to the cross functional due diligence teams

- Manages business development program.

- Prepare proposal /contracts and make presentation to client

- Work closely with clients and researcher to search, select, interview and recommend qualified candidates to fill client’s’ assignments
