A newly established financial research and advisory company in Beijing is looking for talents to joint its research team. The company provides research, tools and services to major U.S. hedge funds on global equity investment strategies and portfolio risk management and trading systems.

Compensation will be competitive with huge upside potential. Relocation to U.S. or HK partner companies is also possible for outstanding individuals. In addition, new researchers will receive training from very experienced and successful hedge fund managers and researchers from the U.S.

Job Description: conduct quantitative research on historical financial data to generate models, software and tools used to forecast and capture asset abnormal returns, to estimate asset risks, and trading impacts, etc

Candidate Requirement:

> A Master or PhD degree from China’s top universities in financial engineering, statistics, econometrics, math, physics or engineering
> extensive experience in data analysis,
> basic knowledge of finance and accounting.
> Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: C/C++, S+/R, Matlab or SAS > Hard working and detail-oriented.

Compensation:

Competitive with experience. Huge upside potential.

学历要求： 计算机类，数学类，或工程类硕士学位。

工作经历要求：
1-3 年从事编程，交易员，金融数据库管理（DBA），金融工程师经验
技能要求：
1． 编程能力极强。会使用 Java， C++，或 Perl
2． 熟悉掌握MS-Excel 操作，VBA编程，
3． 熟悉数据库理论与应用，掌握MSSQL或MySQL数据库语言的使用
4． 学过金融投资类课程，对股票市场有基本的了解。
5． 熟悉或使用过股市交易与分析软件（如大智慧，Bloomberg 等）为佳

其他要求：
1． 细心认真
2． 能承受压力，并能再压力下，冷静分析并解决问题。

工作内容
1． 操作股票自动交易系统
2． 分析全球股市微观结构并改进交易方式
3． 提升与管理数据库系统
4． 其他有关证券交易的前台或后台服务
