Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Manager to handle recruiting activities for junior to middle level position;
- Update Job Description, search and screen out suitable candidates;
- Work closely with recruitment vendors including labor agency and network etc., maintain the recruitment advertisement system;
- Resume and files management;
- Maintain and update job posting, hiring status and HR movement report;
- Backup on Reception when the receptionist is absent;
- Other jobs assigned by HR Manager.

Qualification:
- College degree or above;
- English Major, good at both written & oral English;
- Positive attitude, good communication and teamwork;
- Responsible, detailed-oriented, down to earth;
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & etc.).
