a) PHP programmer:
I have two sets of data . 1. U.S. Zip Code 2. U.S. neighborhood data.
I need a programmer to write a script that will allow users to do the following:

When a user types in "Chinatown", most search geospatial results will not be able to find it because "Chinatown" is a neighborhood and not a city. For example, you cannot mail anything to Chinatown, USA because there is no such place.
The programmer will have to connect the two data sets above and also be able to return areas surrounding a particular neighborhood. An understanding of geospatial and geographic areas is a requirement.
b) Web Design:
CSS and XHTML expert who can assist in the artistic direction of hardworkr's site.
c) Database/programming/web development
Develop a database where we can extract information for analysis.
