Responsibilities:
Enhance market research & analyses in Asia
Collect market information

Project Documentation and Filing Specialist（上海Shanghai）



Responsibilities:
Manage investment projects in all aspects of documentation and filing for Evonik Degussa projects in whole China region
Close cooperation with the respective project manager, project responsible and other project team members
Set up a proper documentation and filing strategy for Engineering Department, EVONIK Degussa
Support the project team through all steps of a project up to the final acceptance and property certificate
Documentation required for filing for authorities as well as the documentation provided for internal use
Managing of external engineering resources and contractors during the entire construction period (6 to 24 months) to establish a proper documentation

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above with Chemical background, Chemical Engineering preferred
Sound understanding of project execution is preferred
Basic technical and construction site knowledge
Initiative & self-organized
Good interpersonal & teaming working skills
Good English and Mandarin language skills are a must

Project Engineer, Authority Engineering (AE)（上海Shanghai）



Responsibilities:
Acquiring all technical & commercial information required to prepare and apply for permits
Support to achieve all required permits for project execution in time, support negotiations with local Authorities
Communicate, clarify and verify with the project engineers and authorities/external experts efficiently
Manage external engineering resources/consultants during the entire project duration
Align permitting and acceptance work with the actual progress on the project
Collect procedures/information, provide alternative solutions and clear advises to the project managers and responsible for decision making
Cooperate with the project team through all steps of AE up to the final acceptance, property certificate

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above with chemical background, Chemical Engineering preferred
An initiative to dig into details and specific technical issues
Good problem solving & innovative thinking
Good interpersonal & teaming working skills
Good English and Mandarin language skills both oral and written
Exposure to Chinese Design Institute and authorities is a plus

Quality Process Engineer（上海Shanghai）



Responsibilities:
Develop, initiate, support and lead projects to increase production and quality performance on production sites in Asia
On site quality project management for process optimization projects
Increase production & quality performance
Give persistent support by on site presence
Manage sub teams within production sites
Carry out supervision on project basis
Provide information and initiate decision in the beginning & review decision after start phase finished

Requirements:
Bachelor or above in chemical engineering & quality management and control related discipline
Technical understanding of production processes is preferred
Capable to use quality control tools, e.g. cpK, spc, balanced score card, is a plus
Innovative thinking and solution finding
Sound English skills is a must, German is a plus
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
Ready to deal with different cultures
Mobility to travel all over China and rest of the world

Team Assistant（上海Shanghai）



Responsibilities:
Provide team administration and secretary support to team members; support projects
Support office organizational activities such as organizing meetings, trainings, events etc.
Arrange meetings/appointments and travel schedules (domestic and international)
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties
Set up internal filing system and optimize the usage
Preparation of presentations, reports and translation
