Responsibilities: - Collect customer information and prepare scheduled class - Handle training resource and accomplish the access flow. - Track sales and execution Quality with report analyse - Coordinate on logistics matters and team worker Requirements: - Junior college or above, major in Engineering is a plus. - Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (CET4 or above) - Strong ability to solve problems and work independently - Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities - Good communication skill and team work spirits Customer Education Engineer
Responsibilities: - Localization and review technical documentation and software components. - Provide technical support to the customers via phone and email - Conduct technical demo/seminars and present customer training for NI Products - Conduct instructor training and improve quality Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Instrumentation - Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (CET6 or TOEFL 600 or above) - GPA>3.5 or ranked among top 5 students in class during undergraduate study - Excellent technical training, speaking and writing skills - Strong ability to solve problems and work independently - Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities - Ability to work cooperatively in team environment - Knowledge/experience of NI software or hardware is a plus If you are ready for an exciting career with excellent growth opportunities, please submit your resume in both English and Chinese with your transcript （成绩单）, related certificates, and salary expectation at the session or email to china.jobs@ni.com.
