通过电话及邮件为顾客提供必要的技术支持
研究顾客的问题并给予解决方案
能适应在压力下工作并有良好的学习能力及应变最后期限的能力
良好的口头及书面表达能力，有很好的处理人际关系的能力
了解BI or Analytic or Storage or CRM/Call Center 的优先考虑
有SAS项目或产品经验的优先考虑
毕业于计算机软件，统计学，数据挖掘或相关专业
普通话及英文流利
会粤语
TECHNICAL SUPPORT CONSULTANTS (BEIJING)
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via telephone and email as necessary.
Research customer s questions or problems in support area and contact customer with resolutions.
Assimilate technical materials and handle deadlines in a multiple task environment.
Have excellent verbal and written communication plus good interpersonal skills.
Have knowledge in the area of
⑴Business Intelligence or
⑵Analytics or
⑶Storage or
⑷CRM/Call Center as well as some industry knowledge,
a working knowledge of multiple operating systems, and interactions between products and/or other software or operating system components.
Experience in SAS programming and products are preferred.
Degree in Computer Software or Statistics or Data Mining or related discipline
Fluent in Mandarin and English. Proficiency in Cantonese is a must
Base: Beijing
