*Technical Lead

Responsibility:
1. Lead a team of talented software developers to design, implement, and test web applications and Java components.
2. Recruit the required expertise, grow the team as needed.
3. Inspire, motivate, and help your team members.
4. Communicate with Kango team of to understand the functional requirements and technical specifications, and report project status.
Qualification:
1. 2 years of experience as a technical manager or technical lead
2. 4+ years of experience in architecting, designing, and implementing Java/J2EE applications.
3. Experience in managing full life cycles of software development, from requirements, design, development, test, to deployment.
4. Expert of J2EE technologies and frameworks, such as Spring, Hibernate, Servlet/JSP, Struts, etc.
5. In-depth knowledge of DB and data modeling, experience in MySQL is a plus.
6. Familiar with development environment, such as Eclipse (or other IDE), Linux, and SVN.
7. Proficient in reading and writing English. Speaking English well is a big plus.

*Expert of Search and Data Processing

Responsibility:
1. Design, implement, and test Java components
2. Design, implement, and test algorithms, rules, and machine learning methods to do data classification, data extraction, data enhancements (e.g., tagging), and search relevance (document ranking).
Qualification:
1. 2+ years of Java development experience. Fluent in core Java.
2. In-depth understanding of algorithms for data analysis, classification, and extraction.
3. Familiar with machine learning algorithms and methods for processing large amount of web content.
4. Familiar with search indexing. Know of Lucene or Solr is a plus.
5. Familiar with rule engine, such as Drools, is a plus.
6. Master degree in computer science, PhD is a plus

* Java Developer

Responsibility:
Design, implement, and test Java components and web applications
Qualification:
1. 2+ years of Java development experience. Experience in J2EE technologies is a plus.
2. Fluent in SQL, familiar with relational DB, preferably MySQL.
3. Familiar with Java data access, experience in Hibernate is a plus.
4. Experience in Ruby and Rails is a big plus.
5. Experience in JUnit, Ant, DBUnit, is a plus.
6. Familiar with development environment, such as Eclipse (or other IDE), Linux, and SVN.
7. Proficient in reading and writing English. Speaking English well is a plus.

*QA

Responsibility:
Lead functional tests, regression tests of web applications and backend applications.

Qualification:
1.2+ years of experience in testing web applications and Java applications.
2.Familiar with methodologies of white-box and black-box tests.
3.Familiar with bug management tools such as Bugzilla.
4.Experience in test automation.
5.Experience in load tests and performance tests.
6.Knowledge of Java and Ruby is a big plus.
7.Minimum degree: Bachelor in science or engineering.
8.Proficient in reading and writing English. Speaking English well is a plus.

1. Java 软件开发项目经理
职位描述：
(1) 负责领导一个开发工作组，承担任务分配、工作指导、代码审查、功能验证等工作。
(2) 承担功能模块的系统设计、编码实现以及相关配套文档；
(3) 负责与美国母公司沟通协作。
职位要求：
(1) 本科以上学历，至少4年以上JAVA 项目开发经验，2年以上团队管理经验；
(2) 掌握J2EE核心技术（Servlet、JSP、JDBC等），对基于J2EE的N层系统体系设计有清楚的认识，熟悉Tomcat 等服务器；
(3) 熟悉部分常见的框架，如Hibernate、Struts、Spring等，并具有相关开发经验；
(4)了解关系型数据库原理和数据库设计，熟悉SQL语言，了解MySQL等数据库；
(5) 熟练掌握HTML、JavaScript、XML等Web开发语言；
(6) 能够熟练使用Eclipse或JBuilder等开发工具；
(7) 性格开朗，具有较强的团队开发意识和协调沟通能力；
(8) 较强英文读写能力

2. Java高级软件开发工程师
职位描述：
(1) 承担功能模块的系统设计、编码实现、及测试。
(2) 设计数据库结构，设计实现数据算法、规则以及数据分类、钻取等功能。
职位要求：
(1) 硕士以上学历，至少2年以上JAVA 项目开发经验；
(2) 熟悉SQL语言，了解MySQL等数据库，精通数据结构和算法
(3) 精通全文检索，熟悉Lucene or Solr；

3. Java 工程师
职位描述：
(1)设计、编码实现、及测试Java 前台模块 。
(2)Web 应用软件开发。
职位要求：
(1) 本科以上学历，至少2年以上相关网络、页面开发工作经验
(2) 熟练掌握HTML、JavaScript、AJAX、CSS等Web开发语言；
(3) 掌握Java 前台技术（Servlet、JSP ）
(3) 熟悉apache、tomcat等相关网络服务器；
(4) 熟悉SQL语言，了解MySQL等数据库；
(5) 有如下几个方面的经验者优先考虑：
a) 熟悉 Ruby ；
b)了解Flash；

4. QA

工作职责：
负责功能测试、后台测试及web应用测试。
要求：
1、两年以上Java及Web测试经验；
2、熟悉黑白盒测试；
3、熟练使用bug管理工具Bugzilla等；
4、精通各种测试；
5、了解Java&ruby优先;
6、计算机类本科以上学历；
7、英文优秀，口语要好。
