Daktronics manufacturing follows a focus factory concept paralleling four markets: Large Sport Venue, High School Park & Recreation, Commercial and Transportation. Transportation Systems Manufacturing consists of two shifts: day, night and midnight including 40 fulltime employees, 15 student temporary employees and 5 temporary employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervise production in manufacturing. Execute plan as developed by the department manager, to include: staffing, equipment, and facility needs based on projected workload requirements; communicate goals to staff.
2. Assist in developing safe operating procedures for machines/equipment.
3. Work order flow, routing, and delivery.
4. Work procedures and test procedures
5. Input the manufacturing data into SAP system, can design simple chart of structure.
6. Responsible for the technical service and structure assemble.
7. Participate in budgeting and planning of Manufacturing department.
8. Maintain good attendance and work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

10. Maintain good attendance and work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks. Arrive to work before the start of the shift to create/receive the night shift production briefing. Provide leadership during overtime shifts.
11. Represent the company and department positively and effectively in all situations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Good technical reading and writing in both English and Chinese and basic verbal English skills required.
2. Computer skills: Word, Excel and GroupWise.
3. Color vision and good visual acuity preferred.
4. Good communications skills both in English and Chinese.
