Accountabilities - Handle daily operations activities for key customers - Standardize existing services - Provide suggestion for problem solving to meet customers satisfaction - Implement new customer’s requirement - Co-operate with colleagues to solve local customs/trucking problems - Seek support from supervisor for final decision and approval Requirement - College degree or above - 1-2 years good and solid working experience in shipping operations - Good command of both written & spoken English - Good understanding of Chinese Customs regulations - Customer focused and willing to work under pressure Finance Analyst (财务文员，2名) This position is responsible for handle Shanghai inbound and outbound freight collection, reduce bad debt & company risk. Accountabilities - Daily cash collection and system application - Verify the payment through e-banking - Prepare billing and comply with invoice KPI strictly - Coordinate and inform bill hold/release to related party on time - Follow up receivable items and drive for result - Prepare financial analysis and lower down company risk - Documentation filing Requirements - Major in finance or accounting - Fluent in English - Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Careful and enjoy hard-working - Good communication skills and team work - Strong concern for deadlines and orderly work - Full of responsibility Documentation Representative （单证文员，4名） This position will be responsible for bill of lading producing, system operation and Customer Service.
