Job description
Design the test strategy
- Assist the Test Manager in setting the direction for testing
- Participate in the evaluation of test tools, e.g., Test Planning and Management
- Assist the Test Manager with test planning
- Provide leadership for test design
- Provide guidance during test specification development
- Serve as coach and mentor for other team members
- Participate in team meetings
- Assist the Test Manager in identifying Intellectual Capital assets for reuse

Desired experience
Project management
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional & technical experience
- Application development
- Some testing experience
