职位描述/要求： Duties/工作职责:
1.维护现有的质量和工业管理系统的文件体系，使接受到的文件和文件变更情况及时得到更新。向所有相关用户分发相关受控文件，确保在工作范围内无过期文件被使用。Maintain existing Q&IMS documents system and make all the received documents’ and the changed status are being updated in time. Distributing new IMS documents to all users in ALE
C.Make sure that none of the uncontrolled documents are used in working place.
2.日常维护顾客投诉系统，登记，更新行动计划确认的汇总。Maintain the occurrence system, register and update, summary the action plan follow
3.维护质量报告系统。Maintain the quality report system
4.部门助理和文件协调员Be responsible for the Dept. assistant/DCC
5.部门经理分派的其他任务Others assigned by Dept. Manager. requirements/要求:
1.化工相关或工业工程管理类专业本科以上学历(可接受应届毕业生）；
2.有质量管理体系控制的相关工作经验着有限，最好是化工行业；
3.良好的沟通协调能力，客户导向；
4.英文熟练，通过六级者优先
