岗位职责：
-处理客户的呼入电话，耐心完成相应咨询服务。
-处理客户的投诉来电，做好相应记录。
-处理、录入公司各活动数据。
-协助公司市场部门举办各项活动。
-工作时间为每周一至周五 8:30-17:30。

岗位要求：
-嗓音柔和，有耐心。
-较强的适应和沟通能力。
-电脑操作熟练。
-良好的英语水平。
