1. Position: Peoplesoft Oracle DBA 1人

Job description:
1. Build and maintain system environment to be used by QA team
2. Apply patches to system environment as necessary
3. Server administration
4. Backup and recovery administration;
5 Sizing, capacity planning and performance tuning;
6. Security and anti-virus control;
7. Liaison with IT dept to troubleshoot hardware/network issues.
8. Liaison with Global team leader to solve issues and report status.
9. Provide technical assistance to QA team

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines , with the experience of studying abroad is the main priority.
2. At least 1-year dedicated experience as Oracle DBA/System Admin
3. Coding experience for at least one programming language
4. Linux/Unix skills (Plus)
5. Good command of English in reading, writing, able to work in an English environment
6. Team player and quick learner

2. Position: PeopleSoft Technical Engineer 1—2人
BU: Peoplesoft CDC (Peoplesoft 中国研发中心)
Location: Beijing
职责描述：
1. 在研发中心承担与技术相关的工作任务, 包括对PeopleTool、Application Designer, SOA, Reporting tool, XML Publisher, Integration Broker等的配置和测试。同时为Functional Engineer提供技术支持，对遇到的问题进行追踪和解决。
2．参与对美国客户的咨询项目，作为PeopleSoft开发人员为客户提供客户化开发, 包括做页面，写报表、开发Application Engine, 写PeopleCode, 做接口、处理数据等。

职位要求:
1. 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，有海外留学经历者优先考虑；
2. 具有1年以上Java开发以及SQL 和 Shell Scripting相关经验, 熟悉SQL Server 或者 Oracle；
3. 对新技术及ERP（企业管理软件）行业有强烈兴趣，快速学习能力强；
4. 英文应用能力强，可以在英文环境工作。
5. 沟通协作良好，能较好地与团队及同事互动。

3.Position:PM\项目经理
BU: Peoplesoft CDC (Peoplesoft 中国研发中心)
Location: Beijing
Job description:
1. Responsible for providing the final project plan, including project life cycle model, project milestone, workload and resources, project resource plan, and final project plan; Responsible for preparing the project kicking off meeting materials, and the project kick off meeting, defining the methodologies, identifying the customer’s detail requirements, and confirming of the final customer requirements;
2. Responsible for the production going live and post production support
3. Participate in gathering customer requirements, collecting client’s high-level requirements, answering client’s questions, defining the project budget plan, setting up the project team, analyzing and assessing the change request.
4. Participate in the project proposal drafting, including providing tech support for the bidding meetings.
5. Participate in the resource fulfillment, and the resource management
6. Responsible for the team building
7. Responsible for customer relationship managerment and be awareness of the result of the customer satisfaction survey.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Business fields, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
2. At least 3+ years experience as a project manager in ERP products in IT or IT Outsourcing industry. Ample experience of consultation and actualization ralated in HR field has experience of Peoplesoft HR format who will be given top cnsideration.
3. Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills; Strong verbal and written communications skills. Fluent in English;
4. Extensive IT project management experiences; Excellent planning and problem solving skills; Excellent in daily operation management skills.
5. Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels and across diverse cultures; Ability to manage progressive change. Self-directed, motivated individual with a team player mentality.
