主要职责
1. 负责处理每月员工工资、社会保险和个人所得税。
2. 负责建立和维护员工人事信息数据。
3. 协助年底奖金、薪资调查和年度加薪的相关工作,确保年底奖金、年度加薪工作能够按时进行。确保相关计算数据的准确性。
4. 协助执行和优化人力资源管理体系和工作流程
5. 维护医疗/人寿保险记录,向保险公司提交每月员工加退保报告。
6. 针对全国范围或本地范围的薪酬福利调研,准备并汇总相关数据,该项工作包含按进行工作职位匹配并提供必要的薪资福利政策信息。汇总详细的薪资福利信息,向公司管理层和人事经理提供调查结果。用电子报表将公司的数据与市场行情做比较,进行薪资福利相关的基础数据分析。
7. 负责管理所有员工的档案和相关事务,比如员工的雇佣、离职、劳动合同等等。
8. 向员工提供公司人事政策、人事工作流程、福利制度、工作纪律、投诉建议等方面的咨询及帮助。
9. 确保公司的人事操作符合劳动法的要求。
10. 负责每年所有员工的绩效评估,维护PDR(员工绩效评估)数据库。
任职要求
教育(程度): 本科及本科以上学历
专业:
语言要求: 英语听说读写流利
计算机操作及相关软件技能: 能熟练使用MS Office,具有SAP使用经验者为佳。
性格特征: 工作努力,善于管理时间,具有团队精神,严守公司机密。良好的与人交往沟通的能力。
专业经验和技能:
丰富的中国劳动法规相关知识。
具有HR信息系统使用经验、Mercer/Hewitt薪资调查经验者更佳。
Primary Responsibilities of Position
1. Be responsible for administration of monthly social benefits, payroll and employee income tax
2. In charge of set-up and maintenance of the employee personnel information database
3. Assist to perform the year-end bonus, compensation survey and the merit increase program, and ensure timely delivery of deferred elections and bonus/merit payments. Act as the definitive source of bonus payment history.
4. Assist in developing and implementing HR management system and process
5. Maintains medical/life insurance files, prepare monthly report for employee’s insurance.
6. Research and compile salary survey information for national and local surveys, including making proper job matches and providing benefit and compensation policy information as required. Collect detailed compensation information to prepare exhibits for Management Committee and Human Resources Executives. Compile survey result data and use PC spreadsheet software to compare company data to market; perform basic analysis of data for Compensation staff.
7. Be responsible for all employee files and affaires, like employees’ hiring, termination, and contracts and so on.
8. Provide information and assistance to employees for: company’s personnel policies and procedures, benefits, discipline, grievances.
9. Ensure company’s compliance with labor laws.
10. Responsible for the annual Performance Review for all employees, and update the date for PDR database.
Requirements:
Education(Level): Bachelor or above
Major:
Language: Good oral and written English.
PC Skills: Be family with MS Office, and if have experience in SAP is preferred.
Personality: Hard work, Time management, Team work and Confidential. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
Professional experiences and skills:
Good knowledge of China Labor law and regulations.
Having HR information system implementation experience will be preferred.
Having experience in participant in Mercer & Hewitt salary survey will be preferred.
