Senior Process Engineer
招聘赴新加坡半导体前道工艺工程师
工作地点：新加坡

The Job :

- Manage process development and the integration of sub
-quarter micron process.

-Continuous improvement of operation and procedures

-Setting up of SPC for developed process.

-Process Transfer from R&D to Manufacturing

-Participate in working groups/ suppliers to drive key equipment or material improvement

CMP – Familiar with STI direct CMP, poly plug, W polishing techniques for sub
-quarter micron technology. Experience with in line metrology and close loop control algorithms. Experience in consumable characterization.

Diffusion – Direct experience on TEL furnace, specifically LPCV
D. Direct experience in Film characterization and particle reduction. Additional experience in wet clean is desirable

Thin film (BEOL): Familiar with Thin Films process in BEOL, specifically in advance metallization. Direct experience in Co silicide is highly desirable.

Photolithography: Must have direct experience in DUV processing. Experience in OPC and APC highly desirable.

Etch: Expert comprehension of plasma processing equipment platforms. Experience in both oxide and poly etch desirable.

Requirements:

- Degree in Material Science, Electrical & Electronics, Chemical Engineering with minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience

- Ability to work in a cross functional team

-Technical skills including problem solving, statistical data analysis, design of experiment.
