职位描述
-Manage execution and timely completion of engineering projects: determines project scope, develops a preliminary plan of investigation, determines project specifications by analyzing client input, available supplemental data, and product construction.
-Communicates with clients to discuss technical issues, explain certification procedures and requirements and negotiate completion date and sample requirements. Acts to address client concerns and to resolve client issues.
-Establishes appropriate test programs by reviewing files and manufacturers info. examining samples, and applying certification requirements. Examines samples for compliance with certification requirements and notifies client of any areas in which the product is not in compliance or of any changes in project scope or specifications.
-Coordinates laboratory activities by preparing data sheets and instructions to laboratory technicians, scheduling and witnessing tests of project, and establishing completion dates.Requirements（要求）:
-Bachelors Degree in Electric/Electronic Engineering,Electric/Electrical, Automatic/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or related disciplines
-Working experience in above mentioned industries preferred.
-Good command of English in both reading and writing.
-Team player and willing to learn.
-Knowledge of Product Safety Certification services is an advantage.
