-80% travel. Technical expertise, engineering support and application specialisation lies with the Product specialist role.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide product support on an as
-required basis to new and existing customers.Introduction of new products into the marketTroubleshooting and problem analysis on Top Hammer and DTH tools Maintenance advice and recommendations to users/customers.Assist in developing the technical training process.Conduct product training in line with Sandvik operating procedures and best practices for sale and service personnel.Compiling accurate data on information gathered from the field.Ensure consistency of pricing and product offeringSKILLS/ABILITIESTechnical experience in the productEngineering supportApplication specialisationExposure to training and facilitation will be an advantage.Hard and team work 公司简要介绍：
