职位描述
-Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Technical Service staffs all related activities for both technical and commercial matters (budget cost).
-Provide customers and prospective customers with all technical information and documentation and support Sales in all technical matters to be clarified on request of customer or for presentations.
-Check with Sales quotations and Sales Contracts for technical correctness prior to hand over to customer.
-Arrange for total order procurement from the purchase requisition. All technical clarifications with customer and other companies involved, issue binding line layout and installation schedule, arrangements for shipment and delivery to customer, installation and commissioning until final hand over to customer. Coordinate during that time with Sales and Service actions required.
-Control project budget and arrange for any matters exceeding the budget with superior or Sales for clarification and settlement with customer and follow up all necessary arrangements, i.e. ordering of additional equipment, involving subcontractors, etc.
- Keep Project Department Manager, Sales, Service and Management informed about project progress through memo’s / reports and ensure that all matters discussed with customer or other companies involved are confirmed in writing.
-Ensure that all relevant project data are booked into the machine logbook.
-Execute special task i.e. central documentation, technical information, etc. according to assignment by the Project Department Manager 公司简要介绍：
