Describe the purpose of this job and why it exists:
The Client Service Representative (CSR) serves as the direct interface between the Purchasing Specialists / Commercial Purchasing, internal clients, the Procurement work process, the transactional systems, procurement strategies and the suppliers.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Handle different types of purchase orders in PSMS with priority level
- Well understand PSMS in terms of system operation. Strictly follow up Audit and SOA through PSMS, monitor the system on daily basis and clarify the procurement procedure with internal clients.
- Understand Site Sourcing Guide (SSG) and handle vendor code approval process
- Be the knowledgeable focal point for supplier and internal partner transactional procurement issues (e-support tool)
- Contribute to work process improvements.
- Be responsible for some training courses and training materials update
- Handle purchase orders within delegation of authority to commit.
- Be aware of new procurement methods and knowledgeable on where to direct internal partners for detailed subject specific information
- Investigate work process non-compliance, determining root cause and recommending corrective action
- Be responsible for spend visibility report for Purchasing function

Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor Degree.
Related work experience is preferred.
Fluent in English.
Be familiar with Microsoft software (Power point, Excel, Access…)
