Responsibilities:
1.Greet all incoming telephone calls and visitors;
2.Distribute and dispatch mails, express and other correspondence in a timely manner;
3.Handle daily administrative work including air/train tickets & hotel reservation, car pick
-up service, couriers’ arrangement, etc.
4.Support office daily operation including administrative and secretarial work;
5.Take care of office supply as required.Requirements
1.College degree or above;
2.Good spoken English, able to conduct routine conversations in English;
3.Excellent telephone manner and communicational skill;
4.Good personality, polite and patient in dealing with people;
5.Strong sense of responsibility;
6.Quick response to unexpected incidence.
