Responsibilities:
- Input or upload all relevant booking data to Magic Hand and MSC Link System.
- Verify shipping order information against booking acceptance standard instruction and/or special approval from relevant party.
- Change booking status in MSC LINK System and remark pending reason if any.
- Properly Handle shipping order amendment for outbound cargoes as requested by shipper.
- Respond to relevant parties against booking inquiries.
- Ensure proper shipping order filing. Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic command in English proficiency
