Location:Maxdo officeMainly ResponsibilitiesReception Area Management
1.Answer the switchboard telephone within 3 rings in a clear, polite and pleasant manner.
2.Monitor the telephone answering of all extensions, provide monthly telephone answering measurements.
3.Greet guests politely and guide them to relevant staff follow the visitor control procedure.
4.Ensure the lobby area is always in a safe, clean & professional
-look conditionBooking Centre Operation
1.Build close working relationship with key contacts at airlines, travel agents and hotels. Understand China travel regulations & procedures.
2.Following the companys safety standards, make travel arrangements for staff in a professional & cost
-effective way. Give suggestions to staff to better organise their trip at an economic price.
3.Collect information on price trends, new regulations, and better suppliers actively, publish hotel preferential rate & air ticket promotional fare regularly, and provide suggestion proactively in order to ensure the company enjoys the best price & service on traveling.Administration Support
1.Forecast the quantity of working lunch for everyday; ensure good quality of catering is provided.
2.Arrange in

-going mails despatch properly
3.Distribute magazines / newspapers properly
