Key Responsibilities:Direct the activities of buyers from oversea to accomplish company objectives.Solicit competitive quotations from various sources when new items are involved and select supplier submitting the most favorable bid considering all phases of conditions and terms.Negotiate purchase transactions and set up pricing agreement with supplies at terms favorable to the company, considering price, quality standards and delivery.Manage Approved Vendor List (AVL)Coordinate purchasing activities with engineering and manufacturing departments to maintain inventories at planned levels.Requirements:Bachelor degree or above.Ability to communicate effectively on a technical level and across organizational lines.Excellent English in both oral and writing.Experience in manufacturingGreat interpersonal & strong negotiation skills. 公司简要介绍：
