The Technical Support Engineer (China) performs the overall duties of technical Services and support as well as supporting infrastructure development and assisting in sales activities as necessary.ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Support Engineer (China)’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responding to customers’ requesting technical support and evaluating customer needs in a timely manner via telephone, email and in
-person visits.Demonstrating the company’s product on surface mount and wave soldering production lines.Providing trip reports of activity to Managing Director, Vice President of Technology and Asia
-Pacific Technical Sales Manager and Sales Managers (as appropriate).Relaying product trends and problems as well as customer needs to Vice President of Technology.Aiding in the development and improvement of AIM’s product line through feedback of product performance and suggestions.Performing work in an organized and traceable manner.Participating in teleconference calls and sales meetings.Attending industry trade shows.Qualification CriteriaPost
-Secondary Education or related experience as determined by the Vice President of Technology as stated in the job posting.Having good written and oral communication skills.Having a full knowledge of company products and the applications of these products. 公司简要介绍：
