Description

This job is to support IPG city expansion plan in China.

Job Outline:

Work with IPG marketing team, regional trade marketing team and regional sales team, the regional consumer marketing program specialist are responsible for following key areas.

1. focal point of local advertising support

2. focal point of local PR support

3. focal point of national marketing program execution support in the region

4. focal point of local marketing program to support local sales

5. focal point of marketing intelligence program execution

Main Job Focus:

1. focal point of local advertising support

- identify good advertising opportunities in the region

- provide feedback and confirmation of local billboard locations

- provide negotiation support on local advertising

- monitor local execution of national ad campaign and provide feedback

2. focal point of local PR support

- develop and maintain a good relationship with key local media in the region

- maximize hp product/solution exposure on local media thru editorials

3. focal point of national marketing program execution support in the region

- review and confirm local execution plan in details (e.g. NPI launch event, consumer Trade Show, etc.)

- supervise agency on program execution

4. focal point of local marketing program to support local sales

- plan and develop local marketing program in line with key marketing initiatives (e.g. print@home, etc)

- manage program execution and result summary

- explore co-marketing opportunities in the region

5. focal point of market intelligence program execution

- monitor key competitors’ moves in the region and provide feedback

- support market research in the region (e.g. AiO customer study)

Measurements:

1. local ad (especially outdoor) execution quality

2. IPG product/solution exposure in local media

3. marketing program execution quality (result vs. objectives)

4. periodical feedback on local market info and competitor moves

Qualifications
1. good communication skills (both oral and written), good interpersonal skills

2. capable of working independently,

3. team player

4. result driven attitude

5. good performance in University
