Purpose of the Job:
1.To be a qualify sales engineer, and then:
2.To develop and increase BOCE Edwards business in specific Accounts
3.To contribute to the success of the BOC Edwards strategy in China by developing and managing accounts
4.To manage customer expectations in line with strategic plan
5.To contribute to the sales strategies and objectives

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics is preferred
2.Good communication and presentation skills
3.Good Sales and negotiation potentials, high motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customer needs
4.Good commercial and technical sense, quickly learner, knowledge of commercial contract
5.Good analytical and logical thinking
6.Customer oriented and Result oriented
7.Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
8.Good interpersonal skills, both on an individual and team basis
9.Good command of both oral and written English
10.Good computer skills
