1、接听来电，及时做好转接或记录，并告知相关人员
2、接待来访客人，及时通知相关人员会客，并要求进行访客登记，佩戴访客证（访客必须在本公司职员带领下方可进入办公区域）
3、收发信件及传真，并做好记录及签收手续
4、会议室的预定及登记
5、每月行政费用的支付申请
6、负责督促公司职员遵守打卡及外出登记等考勤制度
7、协助人力资源部做好月考勤汇总报告、员工休假记录及应聘者登记工作
8、主动发现工作中存在的问题，并及时向部门主管汇报 公司简要介绍：
