1.Cooperate with project managers (may involve in the process working with ethos Europe branch) and architecture designers to work on software system which including knowledge transferring, system design.
2.Work on project modules and compose document. Solving challenging technology problems. coding and module testing. Skills Requirement
1.
B.S. or M.S. in computer science or relevant specialties. Be familar with at least one of the following technologies: a. C++/C#, .NET programming b. Java, J2EE c. LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP)
2.Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading and writing. Strong sense of responsibility.
3.Experience in Following aspects are preference: a. Commercial software system especially in Web application is a preference. b. Database knowledge such as Oracle or SQL Server is also helpful. c. Object oriented technologies.
4.Good team work sprit, willing to communicate with colleagues.
5.Be interested in learning and grasping technologies. Willing to take challenges. 工作职责
1．配合项目经理和系统分析员，从事软件项目的各项工作。包括与外国员工的共同工作完成知识从国外到国内的转移。
2．具体的项目和项目模块上的系统分析和编程工作。解决各种技术问题，编码和测试。职位要求

Since 2005, we began to expand our business in offshore IT outsourcing area and setup a development center in Beijing. Ethos is currently a leading outsourcing company in Northen-Europe market. The business in China focuses on ITO (IT outsourcing), application Development,ODC (offshore development center), BPO and other IT services from China to western clients.
