Position Summary:The Operations Assistant would work and coordinate with scheduling supervisors, operations supervisors and client service staff to handle and update the operations related documentation, data, and other daily operations issues.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Make appointment with the factories and confirm the date with them and assign a scheduled date. If factories push back and request delaying or postponing the audit for later time, inform the client service staff of scheduling delay reason, and note the scheduling issues in the server.
2.Follow the Client specific procedures, email the client service staff and obtain clarification if there is any problem with the scheduling directives.
3.Process all work orders for Asia Client Service Department.
4.Follow up the payment issue and update the payment tracking on server, and handle RMB payment enquiries from factories.
5.Coordinate with accounting department for payment issues and invoice issues.
6.Update client service staff with the overdue schedule information for certain clients.
7.Update the server with the reports sent by China auditors.Job Requirements:Education & Experience: College or University DegreeGood command of English with English as working language Strong communication skills, verbal and written;Must be knowledgeable in use of computer applications, such as, MS Word, Excel and Internet. Must be willing to update skills as needed.Being patient, diligent and honest. Must be flexible and be able to handle multiple tasksMust be adaptable, work independently and be able to interact with all staff from different departments with excellent interpersonal skills 公司简要介绍：
