Job Duties
-This role is a global workflow analyst role that will be providing operational support to end users primary in Quality Management and secondarily in Production sub processes.
-Service Center Help desk support for the above sub processes.
-Provide Training with rationale using following techniques
- outlook, net meeting, class room, one on one, SAP
-Defines and implements automated solutions, ie. Reports.
-Security approval and review.
-Evaluates, recommends workflow or procedural solutions
-Test new functionalities or tools
- Assists Global Bus Process Stewards
-Participates on projects and aids in implementing across geographies (may need to travel in Asia or outside)
-Assists in creating or modifying documentation of Global business process procedures and workflows.
-Leads small projects as needed.
-Understands the business process organization, issue escalation process, e Biz project management process, and educates users where applicable.
-Proper spec writing for outsource/ off shore programmers.Job Qulifications:Experience in Supply Chain Quality and/ or Production sub processes. Bachelors degree in chemistry or science or engineering.Experience/knowledge in Quality Management and/or Production workflow, preferably in Chemical industry.Experience with ERP system, preferably SAP.Good communication skills and inter
-personal skills in English and Mandarin.Project experience, preferably in Supply Chain. Project Management experience is a plus.Some IT exposure is desired but not required. 公司简要介绍：
