Key elements, duties and responsibilities:
-Develop, maintain and communicate quality system elements to meet all customer requirements.
-Establish quality goals and objectives to ensure all products consistently perform at or above world class benchmarks.
-Lead design and delivery of quality training to the organization.
-Lead the use of statistical engineering techniques.
-Lead quality of planning process for new product.
-Lead development of a QS
9000 compliant quality system.
-Act as the customer advocate for the business.
-Develop quality professionals within the organization.
-Lead communication of problems and corrective actions to achieve the business plan objectives.Major Job Qualifications / Experience/Education (Required/Preferred):
-
B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-Experienced in quality, engineering, or manufacturing operations.
-Experienced in teaching and applying quality concepts and techniques.
-Participated in a structured process to solve product/process quality related problems.
-Knowledge and application of statistical engineering skills.
-Well developed English verbal and written skills.
-Interpersonal skills developed through previous assignment as team or group leader.
-Knowledge of personal computer usage and common software (MS Office).
