职位描述
Job Description/Responsibilities:
-Responsible for inputting orders for each brands of the group.
-Follow up with brands in HQ for shipment schedule, product delivery. Update each sales managers and senior management for any amendment of the planned schedules, quantity, quality.
-Coordinate with 3rd party logistic company (including custom declaration) to perform timely custom declaration, product warehousing and delivery of products.
-Provide up
-to
-minute inventory information to the sales and marketing management team for their daily sales and marketing related decision
-making.
-Provide sales related analysis to the senior management for decision
-making.
-Promptly provide updated shipment information, product delivery schedule and quantity to the customer.
-To answer customers enquiry for product replenishment, product delivery time and quantity, product quality problem.
-Summarize customers complain(s)/feedback regularly to the sales / marketing team and senior management.
-Experience on using ERP system（such as UF soft、SAP、Kingdee）
-Any other assignment from the senior management team

-Accounting background is preferred
