Responsibility:
1.Provide guidance and work closely with finance team to plan and scope the SOX project, including identification of key accounts, process and key controls.
2.Aid in development of test plans and review of completed testing documents.
3.Make sure company is 100% in compliance with SOX requirements. Requirments:
1.Must have SOX experience.
2.Must possess good English, both written and oral.
3.Have work experience with auditing or consulting firm.
4.Accouting or IT background.
5.Deliver results.
6.Good communication skill
7.Familiarity with SAP FI/CO, PP and MM modules would be a plus.
