Responsibilities: To generate demand & supply plans, which will be used to steer the loading of the plant in a cost effective way, as well as to contribute to a smooth order fulfilment process, by preparing either capacity or stocks in a pro
-active manner. In a later stage, to look into the cost elements of the entire supply
-demand chain, and to optimise both the internal or external processes to achieve a competitive operations versus our competitors.
1.generate demand plan that reflects all the dynamics in the business environment, which takes into account the history, the changes and innovation in the market.
2.translate the demand plan into supply plans and implement them by co
-laborating with the scheduling units of the plants (MPSers).
3.prepare the starting assumption, the alignment of process definitions, and prompt for critical decisions at Business Teams, including structural changes in business operations, pro
-active preparation for contingency plans, and cost down opportunities in operations without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
4.Monitor and further challenge the major OTC processes, incl. stock levels, master scheduling methodology, customer service level agreements, make
-to (order, stock…) strategy, order fulfilment, logistics routes etc.
5.Identify and drive for new techniques in the OTC/DCP process, including e
-solutions, new type of partnership relations
10. Qualifications & Attributes
-Knowledge and educational level
-Bachelor Degree.
-with good analytical skills, structural thinking & presentation capabilities, and an outgoing personal character in order to achieve sufficient information collecting and processing.
-Good communication skill.
-ERP knowledge is a plus. Required level of experiences
-Consolidated experience in marketing, sales, manufacturing and logistics would be the best fit;
-Secondary option would be experience in marketing, sales, or order fulfilment environment, which provides a good starting point of external orientation; then to be combined with on
