Securities trading questions may range from trading policies and rules to simple technical problems such as downloading trading software, Internet usage, use of trading software, etc. He/She will also identify technical problems and submit them to second tier support. He/She will keep logs on all client questions and follow up clients with the resolution of those problems. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:  Answer client phone calls in a call center; Answer client questions related to securities trading; Identify technical problems and submit them to second tier support for resolutions.
