Job Description:
Work in Microbiology Capability Organization to support business. Purpose of the job is to lead product development from microbiology aspect, manage microbiology risks in diverse projects, discover and develop new methods and systems to drive business, and to support manufacture sites for a smooth production. The job is an integral of the P&G globally microbiology network. The work expectation is to lead the Microbiology support to the R&D team, including method development and validation, Microbiology risk assessment, microbiology tests to release & qualify new product, Microbiology demo and claim support, working with Plant Microbiology group to set up the Microbiology quality system.

Qualification Required:
1、Education background in life science, microbiology preferred (BS, MS).
2、Corporation microbiology (R&D preferred).
3、Need to demonstrate the ability to support product development, manage microbiology risks, lead the development of new method and systems, and provide microbiology solutions to support flawless execution in manufacture site.
4、Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within diverse project team, globally and cross-functionally.
5、Be prepared to overcome obstacles and difficulties to keep complex project plans on track. Proactively searches for better and more efficient solutions.
6、Easy-going and willing to help.
7、Fluent written and spoken English
