Job Responsibility (6-month temp)
1. Responsible for executive managerment’s meeting
meeting minutes
repare presentations
2. Assist General Manager for Daily appointment and meeting arrangement
Answers telephone calls and takes messages
Schedules and arranges meetings and interviews
Arrange travel schedul
3. Hotel reservation, tickets booking and releasing
4. Documentation filing and translation
Job Requirement
1. Excellent spoken and written English
2. Bright and energetic spirit for work
3. Proficient with MS Office, email and Internet usage (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
4. Average logical thinking and independent working abilities
