职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1) Perform administrative support tasks such as book air ticket and hotel, send and receive Express, manage the stationery.
2) Greet the guests, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
3) Make and follow the travel arrangement
4) Contact with other company or person to keep the office equipments operate effectively
5) Other office support related jobs

Required background and skills:
--Nice appearance with sweet smile and sweet voice
--Have experience in reception work
--Good at oral and written English
--Well organize with good communication skills
--Excellent graduate can be acceptable
--Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
--Strong service sense
--Be Patient with trivial affairs
--The job offers prospects of promotion
--Demonstrated initiative-taker with a positive attitude
