职位描述/要求：

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist - Job No. HR02

Responsibilities include supporting senior staff by maintaining daily calendars, preparing documents, as well as interacting with clients, staff and vendors. This person will also be responsible for answering phones and greeting visitors.

1. College graduate with 1-2 years administrative and secretarial experience, internship a plus.
2. Excellent communication and working attitude
3. Detail orientated and ability to juggle multiple assignments.
4. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, photoshop and PowerPoint required.
5. Proficiency in English, preferably both speaking and writing.

要求：
1.　大专以上学历，口齿清晰，普通话标准，形象气质佳
