Piper Jaffray is offering Investment Banking Full-Time Analyst and Summer Inte
rn positions starting this summer in our Shanghai office.

The Investment Banking Analyst is involved in all facets of investment banking
activities, including compiling industry and client company data and developi
ng financial models. As a global leading investment bank, we offer exciting ca
reer opportunities, broad work exposure and competitive salary package that en
able the candidate to grow with our expanding presence in China.

The full-time analyst position is open to students who will graduate with a ba
chelor’s degree or above from leading Chinese or international universities t
his summer. The summer intern position would require qualified students in the
ir penultimate year studying for a bachelor’s degree or above.

We look for dedicated and motivated individuals who have demonstrated academic
achievement as well as strong leadership and teamwork skills. Fluency in writ
ten and spoken Mandarin and English is required. Finance and accounting classe
s, as well as familiarity with computers and spreadsheets, are helpful.

A select number of qualified candidates will be invited to join our second rou
nd recruiting process to present for a real-world financing case in mid-April.
