Responsibilities:
- Monitor multiple Unix (HP Servers) & Batch
- Provide initial analysis of issues & respond appropriately
- Incident & Problem Management
- Respond to HP Openview alarms Creation of Trouble Tickets & ensure compliance to agreed Systems Service Levels
- Application Upgrades
- Assist in implementation
- Change Management-- Completion of assigned requests
- Production Scheduling -- Ensure Production Batch Schedule is adhered too.
- Reporting - Gather stats for reports
Requirements:
-B.S degree or above in computer science or relevant
-CET 4 or above, good English communication
