职位描述：
Job Purpose:

Maintain and run Demand Planning process, producing responsible sales forecasts (OP, ROB, operational, demand forecast to supply) in accordance with the business requirements to support Strategic and Operation Business management.

Through continued tracking of forecast performance and market environment, improve sales forecast accuracy which ultimately deliver benefits to business in achieving profitable growth.
Requirements:

Working experience or understanding over demand planning, supply chain, sales and marketing, market research is a plus.

Excellent planning and analytical skills with good business acumen, attention to details, ability to work with the large volume of data, ability to present information, advanced computer system knowledge.

Good interpersonal, communication and conflict management skills in dealing with respective people within the company (Supply, Franchise and Sales, Management Team).

Highly self-motivated and result oriented.

A problem solver who is able to work independently.

Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
