二、精英团队The Team
公司团队现有30余名管理、技术和营销人员，其中博士后四名，博士两名，硕士六名，是一支在智能交通信息化研究、开发、建设和运营方面经验丰富的的团队。
The Company has a very professional and experienced team in designing, developing, deploying and operating Intelligent Transportation Systems and traffic information systems. The team consists of four members with post-doctoral training, two members with PhD degrees, and six members with MS degrees.

三、核心技术Technology
基于移动通讯网络的实时交通数据采集技术是公司的核心技术之一。该技术只需在现有的GSM网络上安装少量的采集设备，即能在短时间内完成城市内大范围的实时交通数据采集，经过公司自主研发的系统处理后得到动态交通数据，并通过不同载体和方式进行发布。
The cellular-based traffic data collection technology is one of the Company’s core technologies. Only a limited set of hardware devices are needed to be installed in the existing mobile carrier’ network, and it will take a short time to deploy such a traffic data collection system in a city. The TrafficCast system processes the anonymous cellular phone data from the mobile carrier’s network and generates the traffic information for the corresponding roadway network. The real-time traffic information can then be delivered to end users via different types of media and devices.
