As a member of SolutionInc's team, the Systems Engineer will be tasked with providing SolutionIP technical support using phone/email and other communication mediums.

Reporting to the VP of Professional Services and Product Development, the ideal candidate will possess the qualifications:

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in computer-related discipline or equivalent experience;

Basic knowledge of the concepts of computer science and software and hardware engineering;

Basic knowledge of technical support issues including call and trouble ticket tracking;

Basic Database concepts;

Basic computer network concepts;

UNIX/LINUX knowledge;

Windows/NT/MacOS experience;

Help Desk technical support experience preferred;

Multilingualism would be considered an asset;

This is a full-time position. Rotational shift work required.
