职位描述：

Job Description

 Be responsible for CV screening
 Interview arrangement supporting according to requirements from user departments
 Update and maintain job posting on external and internal websites according to the position
vacancy
 Contact with related universities for campus recruiting arrangement
 Provide training support to in arranging for internal and external training programs
 Contact with visa agent and provide service together to support employees’ overseas business trips
and expatriates’ work permits
 Contact with commercial medical insurance company on list updating and claiming result, feedback
to employees monthly
 File all kinds of leave applications and responsible for leave management
 Contact with labor agent and help employees to apply Beijing Green Card and Beijing Hukou
 Support HR manager in some kinds of HR-related reports preparation according to the standard
formats
 Other daily operational work

Job Qualification
 Master’s degree in the management of Human resources or MBA
 Initiative, Active, passionate, and collaborative in team work
 Good analytical capability
 Detail oriented
 Good service oriented
 Creative thinking
 Fluent in oral and writing English
 Sufficient skill in Word & Excel & PPT
