Post graduate (Finance/Accounting) wanted
1.Mission
a.To professionally administer private investments to deliver target IRR objec
tives in short, medium and long term
b.To develop a highly professional team of investment managers to grow the bus
iness.
2.Responsibilities
Assist in the administration, management and with growing experience and exper
tise provide discussion points in
a.Portfolio of share investments in Australia, UK, Hong Kong (new) and Shangha
i (new)
b.Portfolio of properties in Australia
c.Daily administration and management of a property investment company in Chin
a
d.Financial administration of business accounts
e.Administration of household accounts
3.Qualifications
Post graduate in Finance/Accounting
4.Experience
a.Minimum 1 year of commercial experience
5.Future Prospects
Potential to lead and manage one of the business divisions Shares/Properties/ Companies
6.Candidate Profile
a.Self Starter
b.Prepared to work in a non structured environment(in Boss's house/SOHO)
c.High integrity, keen to learn, hard working, motivated
d.Reading and writing proficiency in English, verbal English preferred but not
essential
e.Ability to think innovatively
f.Determination to grow a business
