职位描述/要求：

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Greet customers/guests/ visitors and inform the receiving department to meet the customers/visitors/guests in a timely manner.
-Estimate waiting times, encouraging visitors/guests/customers to wait or return as appropriate.
-Answer telephone calls or manage the switchboard (in some countries).
-Take down messages and ensure the messages are forwarded to the respective receiving office(s).
-Keep the reception area, desk, product shelves and etc clean.
-Assist in directing the customers/guests/visitors to the receiving departments/officer(s).
-Assist in updating internal phone directory (in some countries).
-Process admission passes to visitors/guests/customers (in some countries).
-Manage booking of meeting rooms (in some countries).

Professional Experience required and any essential Qualifications

-Bachelor Degree
-Ability to read, write and speak English, Mandarin, local language,
-Phone answering techniques and skills as well as training on switchboard management and operation
-Knowledge of IT skills – e-mail, internet, general PC skills (including MS Word and Excel)
Customer service experience
-Both customer service experience and experience of managing a busy switchboard environment in a large organization
