We provide a range of services in two main areas, capital raising and corporate advisory, with a special focus on the People’s Republic of China. Related services include pre-initial public offering management services and fund raising from financial or strategic investors. Corporate advisory We act as corporate advisors and assist in corporate restructuring, due diligence, competitive intelligence and cross border merger and acquisition advisory. We are looking to recruit graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting or economics as full-time or part-time analysts . Our requirements are as follows: 1. Preference for candidates with working experience or education in finance, accounting or economic research 2. Excellent analytical skills 3.
